"Chad and Ashely was assisting in the matters had a entire attitude towards my concerns of payment etc Updated review: Someone from office stole a $134.17 payment I made by phone applied to someone else account. Told me I had to dispute with my bank to get money back when on any of my billing statements my payment reflects. They are annoyed and argumentative when calling regarding my reflection of payment etc. Will be changing Agents….."

" Shaylove - My office staff has spoken to you several times regarding this credit card payment and we’ve confirmed that you have the receipt and reference number for the payment in question. The payment on 8/30 for your new car has always accounted for and we have sent you the payment reference number and the billing account number to you. Unfortunately, there was no payment in September. Now the billing account is billing out for two months because September is still owed and we are already in October. If you have any records of a payment made in September please let us know. - Ben Weeks, Agent"
